I feel like based on the recently solds in the area, the assessment is about thirty thousand high.On the appeal form, you have to state whether the property is a rental or my home.

So if the issue ever winds up in court, a judge could rule either way depending on his/her interpretation.

I would also make sure this individual was issued their 'Letters of Administration' by the court and i would also check their level of authority, Full or limited.
