One who understands what matters from an investor’s perspective in terms of finding the right deals, running the numbers, etc. for this reason I was thinking of engaging multiple realtors. 

If it's under foreclosure you're forbidden to engage with the seller and all occupying parties.

If you master these, your business will grow and you will create a loyal audience, because you understand why your audience follows you and engages with you. 

Ive been trying to pay catch up on the BP podcast and learn as much as I can from this community and along side, making friends and networking with others.

My partner and I have developed a solid relationship early on in our investing career given the trust we both have built while serving alongside each other as active duty Marines.

So, I'd recommend cultivating some deal sources alongside your GC and lender.

They need a certain flow rate for the heating element to engage, and the sink faucets, tub spouts and shower heads all have different flow rates so it's super tricky to adjust them so that the tenants can get hot water from every plumbing fixture.

If you and your significant other are soul searching and conclude that your lifestyle will be more engaging in a more rural context, then that is a tough thing to measure out and exchange for some dollars in my opinion.One other thing:  expect to be less than 100% sure on many more decisions in life. 

As a small time investor I've learned a lot from the podcasts, but am starting to branch out to the forums and engage there.
