I'm an active RE agent in Los Angeles, have plenty of sales/rehab/build experience, but really only know my local market.

I am an active duty member in the military so I am really looking for some advice from those who have a full time job or are in the military (maybe certain perks I am unaware of).I found out about BiggerPockets through their Podcasts.

I am actively looking in Milwaukee, and like @Nicole Pettis mentioned, those areas still have some potential.
