I was originally planning on buying one with a 20% down payment and conventional loan but after listening to the Bigger Pockets YouTube video on conventional loan or FHA, I'm beginning to question which path to take.

A couple months ago the dishwasher stopped working instead of calling us to get a repair person out they youtubed how to fix it and did it themselves.

Then you can suggest a solution to the actual problem -- parking only in the three northernmost spaces, no music allowed after 10 p.m., etc.You should try to get them to agree that you should be allowed to use your property as you see fit as long as you are not causing some real problem for other owners.

I Found Bigger Pockets on YouTube, I enjoy the energy and camaraderie of everyone who participates.
