Hello from El Paso, Texas! My name is Derek Gomez. My background in Real Estate consist of education, YouTube, family, and BiggerPockets! I'm 26 and ready to start learning from a great mentor. My goal is to have my properties pay me back. I want to have enough growth in time to live debt free (for the most part) and give back to the community. BiggerPockets fell into my lap from YouTube. I've read a lot from different forums, watched a lot of videos, and finally stumbled onto a podcast that landed me here.
