I do have a long commute both ways and the ability to listen to headphones in the workplace (which is where I've been listening to many of the BP podcast episodes).- I recently signed up for a local REI club through meetup.com but will need to wait until the next meeting to RSVP.

Hey all, I just joined BP the other day as I've been looking for some info on REI.  

California has joined the many states that have gone to online tax sales, go to www.************** you will need to set up an account, there is a tutorial to walk you through the set up.

My intentions of getting a license are to act as an agent for any personal/family-related investments, as opposed to joining a brokerage as a full-time agent working to earn a career on commissions from sales.
