I seem to be taking a walk down memory lane with the prospective tenants.

Not hard to build, hardest part is steps and moldings and fitting the wall to ceiling isn't hard, just time consuming.

The bank parcel adjacent to this lot is a (mostly) drive through location, but per the sign on the front door, they do have bankers onsite for walk in appointments also.

Back in the BC years, before computers and clouds, work was 24/7, eat, sleep, walk and talk RE and at any time almost you can set RE aside to manage anything that pops up, it's what's great about RE, you live a life while the wheels are always turning on the business side.
