Just go with the flow and get a contractor to professional explain why you can't put any insulation, have him make up the best lie and trust me the tenant will be satisfied that you had tried.Last: once the least is up, that is the only opportunity you have to notified the tenant that you no longer want him.

Taking this stance will cause you to ask enough questions and collect enough documentation to satisfy yourself that what you are working on is a viable transaction vs. posting inaccurate and incomplete information on a website or worse yet, sending it to an investor in attempts to sell them a note that you yourself do not fully understand.

If left open, then it probably isn't truly satisfied; if they paid it off and closed the line so that there are no more draws allowed, then there should have been a satisfaction piece recorded.Title insurance could be a real issue, with any outstanding items such as this being listed as exceptions that won't be insured.

Installation was simple, and after i had it all together I tried pulling it apart for several minutes till i was satisfied there is no way it was going to pull apart in the wall.Anyway, i won't post links since i'm new here, but the product is made by Tyco and is called a romex splice.
