Hello-I've been reading a lot about LLCs & Series LLCs and get different opinions from the various sites I use.

There is a ton of great resources to identify different criteria to consider.

Hello BP Members,Sorry in advance for the long post.So, for some background: I have been diving headlong into the material of the site as well as books and other material to get started in REI.

The various calculator are a fantastic resource which I've been using to try analyse a bunch of deals to develop my own knowledge and experience.I've been struggling to quickly and accurately estimate the Variable Landlord-Paid Expenses for rental properties. 

I was trying to figure out a way to see if it is a first or second loan by the % on the auction.com site, or by the open bid amount.Some of the information is really hinting at the loan being a second, but they do not seem to STATE it is a second. 

PERIOD Can you make it without a site?

What is the best book or resource for gaining knowledge and insight on "subject too" strategy?

I understand ARV all depends on what I accomplish in the rehab and what needs to be done to the house, although I have yet to look at the house with my own eyes this is just what can be said from pictures on several different listing sites.
