Legal Advice For Newer Flipper/Realtor

Hello-

I've been reading a lot about LLCs & Series LLCs and get different opinions from the various sites I use. So, at this point I've decided I need to just talk with someone who does this for living and knows the laws and possibly tax advantages to go either route given my situation. 

Would anyone in the Denver area have a someone they know and trust? I would also be open to teleconferencing as well so all recommendations are welcome and very much appreciated in all honesty! Thanks everyone for your wealth of knowledge and willingness to share, have a great day!
