Hi guys I hope you are doing well.I'm completely new in REAL ESTATE BUSINESS can any body help me how to become a successful real estate investor.From Dubai United Arab Emirates thanks a lot for your support.

I thought we would just go to the title company and get the deed on my name but a title company I called they said I dont do anything at title company and I’d have to go to the real estate attorney and they would help me do it.

All,Based on your experience, would you say, that the real estate tax for a vacant land should be correlated with its usable part? 

I want to build my way there through rentals and as time progresses, I plan on building multiple other streams of income down the road outside of realestate.

I live in California but have some contacts in Las Cruces and I think it's a great place to buy some real estate. 

Nothing is less seasonal than Orlando/Kissimmee, but it's heavily saturated with STRs here and difficult to make any real money these days.

Myself and my mom were former clients of this business and can attest to the fact that Terrance Burner and Taya Lee scammed us.Terrance basically marketed Invictus as a "hands off out of state real estate investing company".

I'm just looking for some real world reviews before I sign the dotted line.

That's because most appraisers aren't actually looking to determine a real value for the property, but rather just looking for justification of the already agreed upon purchase price.
