We do receive gas shut-off notifications for when our Tenants are behind on utilities and near shut-off, but I'm not sure if Toledo Edison offers that or not.

The only way that I was able to track this down was when I searched the topic Gatlinburg and looked at the various Posts and tried to remember which ones I had commented on, then I was able to scroll down and recognize my picture and find it.In an analogous way, Facebook gives notifications when someone comments on your post or replies to you, is there anything similar in BiggerPockets?

There is typically verbiage that states the owner must notify the management company a specific number of days out from the end of the current lease term to discuss any desired changes whether its for price increases, non-renewals, renewals, etc......The number of days out correspond with the notification dates to tenants based on state law.
