Brandon Turner wrote a great article on How to Make a Million Dollars from Real Estate and in it some guidelines for the types of home you should buy to make the 7 yr rise to a million possible.

@ Casey Carroll - I just took Residential sales agreement from the internet, added (wrote in) the terms of the payments and me and the buyer signed and had it notarized.

I think this helps a lot in screening as our internet-based process self-selects for folks who can perform these tasks ahead of time .
