Being a sole female landlord is making me familiar with a number of good smartphone safety apps. 

I never mastered wallpaper unless I was tearing it off but yes, sounds familiar!

Preferably someone who has done multiple short sales this year, and is familiar with the different lending instituitions and their timelines.

I'm familiar with HUDs definitions but haven't found anything that would disqualify my requirements, nor have I had anyone contest them.  

I represent investors all over the metro so I'm very familiar with what the market is doing.

I'm still familiarizing myself with the different neighborhoods and areas but I'm starting to figure out which areas to avoid and which areas to spend time marketing to.

Therefore, I am hopeful BP members familiar with this type of investment and these areas can assist.

It can be overwhelming.While the courses will only scratch the surface and not really prepare to make money, passing the test will demonstrate that you can study and at least be familiar with fundamentals.
