I’ve been wasting money paying minimums on everything while I sort this out.

It seems that IRS liens can be negotiated down but how would one do this?

@Delmar Marsh JrAs you begin your investing career I would suggest using this website to get a general idea of the area you are looking to invest in. https://www.areavibes.com/Its a great starting point and gives you a whole list of data that you can look through. 

Alternatively, I also help landlord/investors rent out their properties and can help place tenants (complete with the application/screening/viewing process).

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, as well as playing golf, collecting comics and sports cards, and binging the next show on Netflix.I am very excited to meet people with common interests, network, learn, and help where I can.
