We decided to publicly list his house and properly market the property through various channels like the MLS, social media, my personal network of agents and investors, and a few other online platforms.

I will no longer buy property with a tenant in place unless Ive chatted with the tenant and have a written agreement with the tenant.

Many groups have transitioned their meetings to online platforms so take advantage of that and go to some of the online meetings
