Hmmm..So it looks like all the great places with jobs, excellent weather, and less buildable land that people really want to live in are "overvalued" and all the really cold/hot places with much more vacant land, lower pay, and higher unemployment rates, that appear less desirable to many are "undervalued."

You knew your banker's wife and children because you treated them all to dinner after your last deal closed, and maybe you even go to the bank's holiday party to keep up appearances/ LOL.

This appears to be a really great rate.
