I know there are digital timers out there, of which we've already tried, but are only really programmable in the same way a mechanical timer is but offer the ability to change with Daylight savings.The ability to come on and off when there's low light is obviously of huge value to prevent anyone onsite tripping in the dark.Does anyone have any suggestions of a great product?

If your using a 15A Circuit Breaker change it to a 10A.Then every time his AC kicks on the breaker will likely trip and you will have to take your sweet time to reset it.Then you can say your electrical system must not be able to handle the extra demand from the AC unit (which would be true).

Since then we have already made new friends and got involved in our community so we are constantly keeping busy and meeting new people which is great.As for family, we plan yearly trips/vacations to go see them which isnt a big deal at all.

It is always best to go out and make the trip, spend a week or so, get to know all of the people you want to work with and then checkout the areas for yourself do some exploring meet locals etc.
