Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

I keep hearing on BP that you get a better ROI if you invest in multi-family units.I see that you are in San Jose.

I've been researching REI for a couple of years now and have been trying to figure out what would be best for me and my family.

Purchased my first multi family home, looking forward to connecting with other investors in the Houston, TX area, eager to learn more about real estate investing through networking in the area

But I own many single family house in Convington, Riverdale, and Palmetto, GA.

-Laurent  Laurent, Unfortunately that neighborhood is almost all Suburban Single Family Residential zoning.

I invest in single families all the way to apartments and office buildings

I do think that family size maybe should be a concern/rent factor  when renting a place that's on septic.

Dear BP family my wife and I are in the market to buy a SF rental property in the Bradenton, FL area and we have around $600k to spend, but we're trying to decide which direction to go - buy a SF house that can be a short-term / mid-term rental for the next several years until we temporarily move there (we're in KC, MO right now) or spend much less to buy a mobile home in a 55+ community and rent this until we move.
