Rest assured the developer, who has a very vested interest in getting you to buy, will spin the deal in the most positive possible light.

What of the basements lights.

Thought some opinions might help :) Currently there is a light oak in kitchen that needs to come up.

Selling 500 homes at a time when you are holding several hundred thousand properties is more a marketing piece to show them in a positive light.

It's just starting to develop as a transit oriented area with the light rail train across the street from my property and town homes (for sale, but mostly rented out by the owners) going in.There is some acreage for sale on the other side of the train station.
