The house was absolutely photographed as those were the photos used to advertise the property for lease.

Is it ok for us to require a photograph of the pet along with the pet application and veterinary records?

The property is in Memphis and I live in Madison, WI, and i'm currently on military active duty (and I have Veteran status) if that helps.  

Will definitely keep that in mind as we move forward.I agree that due diligence is extremely important.That first prosperity is requiring proof of funds before they'll allow an offer since it's a VA (Veterans Affairs) loan foreclosure by the previous owner.

I haven't been very active up here, but I just got my "AHA" moment today after sharing my first post yesterday looking to inspire beginning real estate investors to get started and post was belittled by a veteran and others came to my defense.

Does that mean I think one has to be a 20 year industry veteran to be doing large multi-family deals?
