Firstly, yes in the Albany market there is a lot of demand for that category of traveler, but i've also found that similar opportunities can be found in other professions as well.

Hey @Tommy Cotter,Something to note with asset based lenders is often times the formula they use can vary to calculate their DSCR, I would always ask what equation they use before working with one.  

Depending on current plumbing setup cost varies and so getting a quote from a plumber is ideal.

Price will vary greatly depending on location. 

So, for example a bathroom remodel quote might include everything except the fixtures and flooring materials because you need to choose those and the price of those items could vary a lot based on the choice.So, I would clearly define the scope of work you expect from the contractor and look carefully at what is or isn't included in the quote.
