Im going to be really honest in hopes someone could give me some valuable advice on possible financing situations.

Granite counters, large pantry and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. 2 car garage with lots of storage. 2 stories with 7 total rooms.

You can ask follow-ups, shake hands, let the conversation lead another direction if need be when you are in person.Both can be valuable, but if cost/time isn't an issue, I would always prefer in person. 

You should be working on your long-term vision but right now you don't have any unique and valuable skills to achieve your vision, so you don't have the option to be specific about your path right now.See that this is the case, your path right now is to find any way you can gain experience in real estate and/or real estate investing.
