I'm new to BP and hope to use the forums and site in general to gain the most valuable thing in life, and that's knowledge.

And I do so many houses that it will be an incredible experience for a young person who wants to learn some very valuable skills.Do you still think I might need two people for this?

Congratulations.I hope it works out for you, the kid and his mom.May I suggest a "reward" for him IF he completes everything without any problems ... something small but meaningful like a sports team shirt or a book.Perhaps you could offer him "continued employment" such as more yard work in the spring?

I concede that, if I spend an otherwise valuable hour on this site (a) finding the old discussions and (b) setting up my "favorites," I might grow used to this new, ad-space-intensive format.

There are great many others that have and do share valuable information here and many more that could.
