i have spoke with a few who are a tad bit investor friendly but any other suggestion helps.

Also make sure the HOA is landlord friendly, because if not it could make it very difficult on your client.

I would love to connect with reputable REI friendly Property Managers, Real Estate Brokers, Contractors etc., in Pennsylvania.  

i mostly hear people wanting to have purely tenant Home owned parks and I can understand that, however I have a friend who thinks the opposite.

I plan on doing renovations with a friend/partner.

Biggest thing to remember, DO NOT come off too friendly, even if the tenant seems super nice and friendly.

I have friends who are airline pilots and flight school is probably a good choice.

A friend said that he visited a property 3 times but couldn't afford it.
