Here is to your success in your 2018 REI ventures!

Our growing family is our driving force to be successful in this market.

I am not sure if this is quite considered a success story.... yet, however I had a very agrresive goal going into 2018 and since I have great momentum at this point I do think my momentum in itself is a success.

I just started college back in January, and I really want to get into the rental property game.I've been reading a lot of books about it, and my brother is starting to build his own successful business.I want to have a passive income as I go throughout my college career, that way I won't have a ton of debt when I finish. 

I did always renovate the homes I purchased throughout my career and was pretty successful when I eventually moved and sold them.

. $5,000 per month at the time.Investment Houses: By the time I had purchased my personal home, I had already flipped two homes successfully with my father as my partner.

Other than partnering and syndication (exploring both), what financing strategies have you found successful in helping scale your rental business?  

So has anyone done something in this type of market that has been successful?  

About 8 years ago, I jumped off the deep end and started a few successful companies (marketing, web & hardware development, event management, and a couple others).

I chose the same contractor that successfully finished a smaller rehab for me.
