Renting can be a different story as most cities are now inspecting rental premises periodically; depending on the infraction it could pose a problem. 

I understood 179 as applying more to equipment etc   

It worked out, but I understood the risk going in. 

Those who understood the underlying technology and value in companies made money.I am just saying that to read only the headline news and to believe the generalities of a few articles is akin to "the sky is falling" mentality of the ".com" bust.

Hi Anthony,I use Horizon Abstract in Media, PA for most of my title work and they have an attorney on the premises as well.

No opportunity for the tenant to reenter the premises!

@Basit Siddiqi Understood - I was clarifying that I borrowed less than the $30k amount stated. 

Now, if you'd approached her before she even had the idea, had a plan, understood the building codes, knew an architect, etc... well, that might be a different story.
