I've learned the hard way that if you don't really understand what you're looking for, you'll just be more confused.

I told him they work if you work at it just like a marriage and you don't run out and take just anyone for a partner  but look around and find that person that understands you and you understand them. 

If you are not doing it you do not understand the vast amount of information/protection it provides to your business. 

They understand the market and are tough competitors.

Considering I'm basically brand new to REI, if I were to NEVER question or pursue options I don't already understand, I'd NEVER get anything done. 

Sorry alot of these other investors don't understand construction side of things cuz they get over their heads isn't fair to the one who's doing the work when they run out of money cuz they haven't dealt with anything of the sort & I'm tired of filing paper work over breech of contract it's old.

As of this year, my understanding is that the premium applies for the life of the loan, not just the first 20% of principle.

They were a real PITA but the Dept of Health was very understanding.

Odds are there is deferred maintenance that you will need to account for. 

The APY rate they charge is about 8.9% (which i understand is similar to private money rates ±).
