You can accelerate depreciation benefits through cost segregation, Structure loans for quicker amortization depending on your goals and many other tricks. if you're thinking this sounds great but those are just made up numbers and assumptions.

I would suggest looking in that area, the trick is looking on the outside of rexburg so you don't over pay.

That Freddie Mac trick is nice for some forms of self employment (sched c, s corp, partnership), but only a model match specifically for commission if underwriting misses something.
