Good people with good properties who just want to rent them out at a fair price are getting tired of competing with dumps and dealing with losers who want to treat their multi-hundred thousand dollar property like a fleabag motel.

Landlords are tired of being taken advantage of just so that someone can avoid a pet deposit, or have their pitbull allowed to live in the property.  

Tired of the same old, same old.  

How many tire kicking "buyers" have you taken on as "clients" that haven't over the last 2 years who still haven't purchased despite many showings? 

My poor fingers got tired of typing the same thing over and over, so I put my tips and tricks in a blog post.

I was living in one of the apartments and was tired of seeing the empty studs on the empty/gutted unit next to me.

Buy off market, below market price, from a tired investor that hasn't kept up on maintenance, rent increases, etc.
