@Stuart Tollison, no matter what the market is doing there are always good deals out there.I mainly invest in Utah County but I have rentals in six different counties in Utah.Here is what I have learned:1.

Once you feel you've built a strong team with your first property, I would start buying more aggressively and taking on bigger projects. 

I need to learn more about tax implications but since we would have been in the house for two years I think renting for 1-2 years and then making a decision is the move.

Although I understand that corporate real estate is so different from residential, I hope that some knowledge and skills are transferable and I can turbo charge and learn fast!
