I know the topic that I'm inquiring about has probably been addressed and/or beaten with a dead horse but I'm really not trying to allow my fear of the unknown to stop me from jumping in and taking action like I did 10 years ago when the passion for real estate investing took hold of my soul but I feel that there are a few things I need to set up before starting my direct mail campaign. i.e. having certain team members in place such as a closing attorney and an investor-friendly agent for valuation of deals.

Real estate doesn't function like a traditional job, where you setup meetings weeks in advance and invite everyone from the team to attend (regardless of whether their presence is needed or not).

@Gary Freidman not certain about those cities other than what Wayne posted.. but there are foreclosure buying services in Atlanta, Vegas, Phx that I know of... and I personally bought foreclosures in Leheigh and Coral with the help of a RE team .. they got paid a fee to bid... fee to rehab and list fee when they sold... it basically turn out to be about a 50 50 deal us the money them the work...
