I feel like tons of the people I meet have moved in the last 10 (tones in the last 5) years mostly from Brooklyn (Park Slope being the top one in my informal survey) and places like Williamsburg, LIC, Hobboken and Manhattan.

If you admit the buyer to the LLC through the Operating Agreement he can bring capital in and buy out your interests and then you withdraw from membership through the Secretary of State, this can be easier than just selling an entity but you could do it as a purchase upon his being admitted.

Lastly, the Petit bootcamp is also put on by the AASEW, which I'd highly recommend taking a good look at, you get some decent bennies like 20% all HD paint, which is HUGE for me as I love Behr paint, that alone pays the $99/yr for membership 10 or 20x over for me!

I’m not doggin any schooling but I went I finished and received my membership that’s what I call a degree a membership because for some reason you can not get into “corporate America “ without it. kinda like sams club or Costco, you need to pay to get your membership.
