Near our hotel there was a street that looked like an alley.

I have 7 LTR’s and where I am, less than 6 months is considered short term, and hotel taxes must be paid.  

I have a tenant that is going to fill an emergency tenant remedies action on me which means I have 24 hours to fix the issue otherwise they are able to force me to pay for a hotel for them or something like that. 

In this case the hotels [which put up such a fight with regard to AirBNB] are now aiming to take on Airbnb. 

Cost estimates will be difficult unless you can find a GC with like Hotel or existing apartment renovation experience.

I won't be investing in the riskiest/most supportable asset subclasses such as hotels, and tilt my portfolio the ones that have historically been more stable such as multifamily and single-family housing.

Can anyone give me an insight on condo hotels?

Part of me wants to go back to the hotel today and wait for them to go on break and talk some sense to those who have been suckered, but for most who got talked into the deal, it's because they are past the point of hearing a reasonable argument against it now.
