Like all things when there is a profit competitors come in. In this case the hotels [which put up such a fight with regard to AirBNB] are now aiming to take on Airbnb. 

They can bring alot to the table for guests and hosts. If AirBnb is your business model this is something to factor in ASAP!

It will be interesting what happens in Anaheim CA [ who vehemently deny STR] what their tune changes. The hotels lobbied to ban STR's.

The city will cave to the almighty tax that they will bring in, watch and see.
