My cancellation policy is strict, which means a guest won't receive a refund if they leave early.

Covenants are pretty strict so it's not like we could even throw a small cabin on one of them and rent it or use it for personal use - this is a gated community.  

Many managers still request it however a service animal is identical to a wheel chair and law strictly prohibits the enforcement of verification.

For the AZ properties, we have gone out there ourselves to do some work on it initially, to get them looking good (such as, we did xeriscaping), and now they pretty much just run on auto-pilot with routine stuff. 

I would still consider it out in the country where permitting isn't as strict - might be good for like a wedding venue outside Austin, for example.
