My excuse is that, I would financially stressed if I didn't so I'm moving into my buddies house until I figure out what to do.

Can you make more money with 2/1, or 3/1, yes absolutely, but more people does come with more stress.  

I would also stress to all three girls, that it doesn't matter who isn't paying her "share" rent is due when it is due.  

The heir's can be demanding, tensions run high and the stress of inheritance and disputes often arise.

It just makes things so much easier.Again, this is such a hot button issue, I feel compelled to qualify that there are legit ones out there  being completely forthright, but they are the exception, not the rule.  

Don't stress,  this is just one of the many processes you may have to go through as a landlord,  breathe...

It injects a little humor into the otherwise stressful process of house hunting.

The timing on that is kind of stressful. 

Just had to express my gratitude to Derrick for helping an absolute stranger in a very stressful and difficult time.
