Which state is landlord friendly and due to the current pandemic is there any shift in any market regarding home prices and rentals?

There must be a shift to more positive thinking, well thought out policies and not band-aids, and true ethical & moral evaluation of character for everyone.Despite what may be going around through the channels; I am very optimistic of the US and its society and economy.Growth is never easy; change is never easy.
