It is a common misconception; "Area Norte" (in spanish - meaning Nrothern area) referrs to the coastal municipalities as far West as Mayaguez-ish and west starting in Barceloneta/Florida area.

I posted on FB that I was going to start buying rental property and this guy reached out to me from high school and said he had a property he had been trying to sell.

He’s been working on a rehab, he did a little bit of the work and then just stopped doing the work then started getting hard to reach.

Once you start accumulating a good amount of real estate, apps like mint or monarch can't handle the sheer volume of mortgages, credit cards, banks etc.
