As you have likely heard, cheapest may not always be the best route, especially when it comes to contractors.Bone dry is solid, but if I were out of state I would prefer to just have a GC on speed dial who will ensure quality work and hold subs feet to the fire.

@Jorge Ruiz , you CAN make money on condos, but definitely put the due diligence machine into full speed mode.I've never owned a condo that didn't come with a "Special Assessment" of multiple thousands of dollars.
