Hey BP,

I've been looking at condos-specifically in Milwaukee. I would appreciate any feedback- good and bad about purchasing condos for rental income. I've ran some numbers and they seem to make sense.

TIA...

Hi Jorge,

Condos are great for a plug and play rental.  You don't have to worry about the exterior and the cost to buy is at a much lower price point.  Great for someone looking to get started with a smaller amount of funds or an investor that just wants an easy rental to deal with.
