I believe the local REIA will speed up your knowledge.

Out east we owned our house for 2 days short of 2 years- closing date to closing date. 

I work with one now to keep me up to date about what's going on in the area as far as housing and community.

Is there anything I can do to help speed this along? 

The ones used in health care are bluish-green and have an expiration date because they're impregnated with antimicrobial solution.

What has worked for me and everyone here does not matter.I am sexy I am handsome I am charming, when I say "yo mami, sell me your house for 20K" she will say "Ohma gahh ai papi give me a date witchu and you can get my house for free!"

This speeds up the process and lowers your costs.     

., I know you are a very seasoned lender and I appreciate your advice.It does look like the borrower is going to be able to finish the flip after all, albeit well past our contract due date but I would rather it go this way than have to take the house back and finish it myself.
