Sorry to bother everyone, just figured I should introduce myself since I am new to this app, I am based in Palo Alto and I am a self-employed interior designer and an investor as well!

I have a couple rentals about an hour away and my handyman's adult son does this for me.  

Zillow est. ours will rent for $2400/mo, but we had son of friend ask if we would rent to him and buddy for $2,600?

I met with Bailey-Foristell, old school father and son team, small office, long history in the area. 

One of the sellers told me that he was proud of me and wished his son-in-law was ambitious like me and then told me that at the end of the balloon that he would work with me if need be.

Just got back from visiting Italy and Sicily  for Xmas where our son is based.

I can have my teenage son work for me along with my wife.

Our son and daughter in law live in a mobile home (don't own the land), decent credit score but average income.
