Right out of the gate, the presenter said he previewed FIFTEEN THOUSAND something-or-others. 

I’d recommend trying to find something you enjoy (or else something you can make good money at) and focusing on that for a while.

We get alot of stories like Kevins here with new clients where they say the accountant they are working with is making them do something and they are not sure.... sure enough its just what the software defaults to and the old accountant never bothered to dig deeper. 

I didn’t hire a PM this time since it’s our first rental and I wanted to learn some things about PMing my own property.

I’m not sure if this is something that varies on personal strategies or if there is a general role of thumb.

This will be something I am adding to my list of things to look into when buying the next property that is for sure. 

Am I missing something here or is the BS meter is at an all time high? 

I’m in no rush to move once I get into something, especially if it makes more sense to stay out for an additional year or so.

As soon as you ask 'what could go wrong', something usually does.
