I've seen many people fail because they were trying to work a plan, a program or a strategy that did not suit their ability, their knowledge, or their interests. 

At the moment I am very overwhelmed with all of the information that is available on this site and that is available everywhere online.

Are you aware of any other resources on the site for Oregon investors?

I've been on this site since August 2015 but had the feeling I was too young at the time, as well as not being close to feeling I had the knowledge or money to be active on the forums or to start investing.

In most cases these project will fail.

As soon as notified the management company's maintenance crew is on site.

Another thing I failed to mention above is that many people out there are in a safe and secure position e.g. they have a job with a regular paycheck.

As of Feb 2018, which sites do you use for rental property rent estimates?

I'm in a super competitive area need other options.I do know about the mailing/driving for dollars,but I'm trying to use the VA loan so most properties that will work out with that will probably  fail inspection.
