What is expected from your cleaning service?

I don't want to get banned for pitching my services.

I have also been aware of these services but have not utilized them as I had concerns about them not performing when I have the responsiblity to go back to the owner/seller I may try a service as an experiment in effeciency.

Our manufacturing has moved overseas and our economy is a service economy based on consumer spending.

Ive moved on to a company called Quicksort Mailling Services.

The lender will look at the proforma or historical revenues & expenses of the property and provide a loan that will fall into its guidelines of LTV and the ability of the assets to cover the debt service.

I.e. does it includes your debt service, taxes, insurance, + the all the other stuff (maint, advertising, vacancies, etc.), or does the 50% rule mean that in addition to your PITI you'll have other expenses that total approximately 50% of your planned rent?

Calling the police, suggesting shelters or other community services that can offer support, etc.What are you suggesting you can do as a landlord that was not something you already do?

If the fee contingent on the outcome rather than paying for services already delivered even if you never do a deal?

I also get lists emailed daily.neither way has produced anything good Is there anyone who has joined Realty Trac with any success,or any other of these services???
