Hey @Chris Napierala, if you have tech experience, which I assume means web creation and/or programming, then you can look at Wordpress as a hosted platform on Blue Host or some other top Wordpress hosting company.There are a ton of widgets and API's for Wordpress just for STR or hoteliers etc.

Bought the first for 160k with a 100% VA loan through an affordable housing program.

This is also one of the key reasons I don't and never have participated in government housing programs. 

I've yet to hear a guru selling 'be a handyman' mastery programs.

From what I've heard, the variable rate loan programs allow you to extend the mortgage duration to 35 years when switching to fixed because of the rate rises.

In terms of the "guru" mentor-ship programs I would recommend the following, or at least here is my two sense on what I saw. 1.

As an employee, I get first access to our deals and even benefited from an employee discount program, which allowed me to get an even better deal.

We have a lot of fortune 500 companies in the area which will allow you to move back to stronger parts of the country with their rotational programs. 

There are programs that allow you to refinance within the 1 mark actually with a score at or above 680.
