I finally sent out yellow letters a few weeks back.

The yellow letters are sent to potential sellers, often people who have some kind of distressed situation.

I was in PEI about 4 years ago, it was so strange to drive the causeway, was hoping to take the car ferry back but a family emergency sent me to Iowa and I had to leave in a hurry.

This seems like a money-grab to me since it my request CLEARLY states the color of the building prior to construction and again was approved by the very same person that has now sent us this letter.
