In the event you bid on an asset at Auction.com and it has a Trustee Sale date, in most cases the foreclosure process should be fairly seasoned and on the path to completing the foreclosure process is setup to finish the action.

You can use hardmoney to make your cash purchase on the property, maybe not 500k, and then after seasoning (the time the bank wants you to own the property which is 6-12 months) you can refi and get a traditional mortage.

I think it is the third Thursday each month, but that could be wrong.I am going to start hosting monthly events again starting next year after CFB season is over and people recover from holiday mode.Congrats on graduating from UT's McComb's school.
