The mid 20 year old applicant has decent credit score with all clear background (cozy screening).

My property manager called me about a prospective tenant that passed our application process for income and credit score - Its Grandma, her daughter, and 2 children.Grandma runs a day care out of the house with 5 kids on average - my guess is she is low balling that number. 

That phrase could mean several things:  a credit score they don't want damaged by breach of contract or . . . . a first class leasing history they do not want tarnished or . . . the one I like most, having the degree of personal integrity that makes them want to do business in the manner in which they [and I both] agreed. 

I'm really looking for DURABILITY.Example  -- the Moen single handle kitchen faucet with no sprayer is much more durable than the Kohler version.  

One woman is a single grandma and when we mentioned we would be doing a credit check she openly admitted that her credit score was bad.
